I'm an autistic person with ADHD (diagnosed early 2024) and I feel that my understanding and personal experience of managing the more challenging aspects of my neurodivergence, combined with my experience as a music industry professional and my training as a therapist and mentor, gives me a very specialised and efficatious approach to supporting neurodiverse creatives.
For over 12 years I've worked closely supporting people with substance dependency issues (predominantly alcohol and cocaine), helping them to achieve and maintain lasting and rewarding sobriety.
I worked supporting learners with accessibility needs in higher education for over three years while running the wellbeing team for a specialist music college offering BA and MA degrees in Brighton, U.K up until late 2025.
In addition to my work as a therapist and mentor, I also write, record and perform my own original music. In the last 10 years I've released over a dozen studio and live albums and toured extensively worldwide. My artistic output is informed by my personal development (and vice versa!).
